From basics to expertise

The heads of departments and of some research groups at the Leibniz-HKI are professors at the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena and provide, together with their staff members, courses for students of the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena and the University of Applied Sciences Ernst Abbe in Jena. Taking part in lectures, seminars and hands-on-trainings, students of different faculties will get an insight into the research topics at the Leibniz-HKI. Graduates of the Friedrich Schiller University and the University of Applied Sciences will then have the opportunity to apply for further academic qualifications, e. g. within the scope of a doctoral degree.
