Systems Biology of Immunology

Startup and Questions:

This seminar takes place on Mondays from 10 am (s.t.) starting from October 20th, 2025 at the Leibniz-HKI, Adolf-Reichwein-Str. 23, 07745 Jena. We will meet in the seminar room "Alexander Fleming", which is located in the building A8, on the ground floor (turn left after entering the building).

The seminar is associated with Module FMI-BI0021-24 Seminar Bioinformatik 1-4 (3 LP each).

 

Introduction and Content:

This interdisciplinary seminar deals with the immune system from a biological and mathematical viewpoint. Participants should be interested in this complex system and are requested to present a talk based on (provided) scientific publications. Talks can be presented in English or German. Participants will also be getting insights into the work of the research group Applied Systems Biology.

Participants who did not take part in the Lecture Systems Biology of Immunology during the last semester are also welcome!
