Programming course (R language) in immunology

In this course you will learn the basics of R language (programming language) for analysis of high-dimensional data in immunology. You will learn how to use popular packages, such as diffcyte, Bioconductor, Seurat to analyse single-cell RNA-sequencing and high-dimensional flow cytometry data. The course will be offered as part of the elective module “Immunology and Infection Biology”.
