In the research group Applied Systems Biology a position for doctoral researchers and postdocs will be available in the medium term. All positions are associated with aspects of the image-based systems biology approach. This is a computational approach that comprises the automated analysis of microscopy and spectroscopy data based on modern methods from machine learning as well as the computer simulation of mathematical models using state-of-the-art modelling approaches. We are seeking highly motivated candidates that are interested to work on the theoretical side of experiment-driven interdisciplinary studies.
