3rd World Sepsis Day

ZIK Septomics, Center for Sepsis Control and Care, Universitätsklinikum Jena

On September 13, the 3^rd World Sepsis Day will take place. On this day, over 40 events worldwide will point out the dangers of the often underestimated disease sepsis. Each year, 60,000 people die of sepsis in Germany alone. As in the previous years, the Center for Sepsis Control and Care, the University Hospital, the "Deutsche Sepsis-Hilfe e. V." and the ZIK Septomics will participate in the information event in Jena.

From 3:00 - 7:00 pm, you can participate in many events and gather information on sepsis at Johannisstrasse / Am Pulverturm.
