Executive board elections of section Eucaryotic Pathogens
Sascha Brunke elected vice chairman
From now on, the section Eucaryotic Pathogens of the German Society for Hygiene and Microbiology (DGHM) has a new executive board. The members of the section voted for Dr Sascha Brunke (Department of Microbial Pathogenicity Mechanisms) as vice chairman. Prof Sven Krappmann from the institute of Clinical Microbiology, Immunology and Hygiene at the University Hospital Erlangen has been elected as chairman, and Dr Christian Klotz (Robert Koch Institute, Unit 16 Mycotic and Parasitic Agents and Mycobacteria) will be secretary.
