Congratulations to Theresa on successfully defending her doctoral thesis! In her dissertation entitled “Virulence and Immune Evasion: Unraveling the Evolutionary Strategies of Candida species”, she explored the evolutionary strategies of Candida species and the mechanisms they use to promote virulence and evade the immune system.
After many experiments, discussions, and probably more than a few cups of tea, Theresa has reached an important milestone in her scientific journey. We are very happy to celebrate this success with her and are proud to have her as part of the team.
