Our team at the Candida and Candidiasis 2025 Conference

Most of our team was in Berlin at the fantastic Candida and Candidiasis 2025 conference!
Theresa presented one of her PhD projects on the interaction between C. glabrata and macrophages at the conference. Tim presented his work on the antibacterial mechanisms of candidalysin, and Sascha presented Osama's work on the lipases of C. albicans.
Congratulations to our PhD student Myrto, who won an award for her outstanding poster presentation!
