This time Marisa has plenty of reasons to celebrate

Our doctoral student Marisa Valentine successfully defended her dissertation in front of the examination committee. After a great review, she was able to convince the committee with an excellent presentation and the right answers. The topic of the thesis was “Modulating the interplay between Candida albicans and the host during commensalism and pathogenicity”.
We are delighted with her success and look forward to all the great things she will achieve in the future.
