“HKI runs”: Participation in the 7. Jenaer Firmenlauf
Already for the sixth year in a row, HKI members took part in the corporate challenge
Sunshine and pleasant 21°C. Ideal conditions for running 5.8 km across the Paradies Park for the almost 40 members of the HKI team and the 2760 other participants of the “Jenaer Firmenlauf”.
Ready, set, go! A mass of colourful T shirts left the stadion. 20 minutes later, the first runners are crossing the finish line. Doctoral researcher Hella Schmidt was the fourth woman to reach the finish line, and junior research group leader Hajo Kries was 17. in the category “fastest boss”. We were delighted to see the largest HKI team so far participate with almost 40 runners from 13 countries. Congratulations to all athletes!
