The veterinarian Bernhard Grizmek used to be the role model for Ilse Jacobsen. But instead of studying lions in Africa, the career of the veterinary scientist at HKI has taken a different turn now: Ilse Jacobsen was appointed as Professor for Microbial Immunology at Friedrich Schiller University Jena.
