The first EMBO|FEBS Lecture Course on the Cell Biology of Host-Pathogen Interactions was recently held at the Château de Blois in France. Human fungal pathogens continue to be overlooked. Nevertheless, Franziska had the opportunity to give an oral presentation, while Isabel and Rasha presented posters, all showcasing their PhD work. Well done!
