Robotics Platform Module 3
Robotics Platform Module 3 is housed within a biological safety cabinet of Biosafety Level 2, allowing for bioactivity testing with Risk Group 2 pathogens. This module primarily conducts microbiological assays and has the capability for imaging readouts through a high-throughput microscope.
The modul includes the following devices
- Liquid Handling Systems: CyBio FeliX (Analytik Jena) and BioTek EL406 Washer Dispenser (Agilent)
- Sealing and opening of microtiter plates: Decapping Station (Analytik Jena)
- Incubators: Cytomat 2 and Cytomat 5 (Thermo Fisher)
- High-Throughput Confocal Microscope: BioTek Cytation 10 (Agilent)
