Bioprocess intensification

Process intensification aims for the reduction of complex process chains to a minimum level of steps to increase yields by reduction of losses between single process units or reaction partners. Moreover, by combining process steps in one reactor, there is a chance to discover new compounds which are only formed under intensifed process conditions. For details are discribed on the webside of our research group “With high pressure to new compounds” as well as our DFG-founded project “ToPis”.
